Stéfan is a time-tested, proven leader in executive search, having launched Danis&Co following a 30+ year career at Mandrake, where he served as CEO for 25 years. During that time, thousands of searches were completed, with Stéfan personally leading hundreds of C-suite/VP-level placements across most sectors within Finance, Sales, HR, Operations, Marketing, IT, and Strategy functions. Stéfan has been successfully advising the C-suite on talent issues and how to sustain a competitive advantage in talent acquisition and has also facilitated multiple mergers and acquisitions.

Stéfan is a former board chair and active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), promoting leadership and idea exchange. He has also served on the boards of World Education Services, Social Enterprise Development Innovations, The Power Plant (Canada’s leading contemporary art gallery), and ProAction (A youth outreach program by the Toronto Police Force). Additionally, he currently sits on the advisory boards of several private companies.
Stéfan is bilingual, holds a B.Comm. from McGill University, and completed leadership development courses at MIT, Harvard, West Point, and Babson. He began his career at Procter & Gamble.
